在网上看见有人做年糕只要蒸1小时(不用蒸10个小时),就和potatoesbaby 的妈咪分享。
原本只是随便说说而已,没有打算要做的。谁知,昨天lunch time 时,她从卖印度饭挡买了一大包的香蕉叶回来,问我要不要和她平分。 既然辛辛苦苦买了,家里又有材料,就不用想多多了,动手做啦!:)
把普通的杯子,用香蕉叶包起来。

糯米粉+糖水,然后倒进杯子,放进锅里蒸1小时。
我蒸了,1小时20分,因为怕不熟。

p/s: 我减少糖的分量。
* update: 刚请教过师父(我的外婆),她说,“要用慢慢火蒸,年糕的面才会滑滑亮亮的。
